Process Management

All businesses have processes or procedures that they use to get the business 'done'. The most common example is 'order processing' - the various steps and procedures that starts with a contact with the customer and ends with the product shipped and invoiced. Other common processes involve manufacturing, development, and documentation. (In the example screen shots here, the process is the creation and final publication of advertising coupons.)

If a 'pipeline' has dozens or hundreds of items flowing through it, managing them all is difficult because the process may be routine and thus have low visibility. You only see an issue when there is a problem.

Large workflow systems can be burdensome and get in the way. We offer process management solutions that make the entire pipeline visible without creating additional work. Using a 'checklist' paradigm, our process management systems are easy to understand and use.

Most systems have a few people that 'maintain' the information, and many more that need to know. Our status and query tools are designed for managers and administrators to quickly find the information they need to insure the processes are timely and up-to-date.

Our status and reporting tools are easy to use, with color-coding to highlight issues and exceptions.
